I'm Ahmed, a software engineer in Pakistan with a backend heart. I turn complex ideas into apps that are user-friendly, reliable and built to scale.

I design the architecture, build the services and APIs, and take products from the database schema to the last pixel, including immersive 3D experiences like this one. Lately that has meant real-time maritime surveillance on Kafka and Cassandra, a voice assistant for company SOPs, passkeys for an enterprise password manager, and payment-heavy e-commerce.

An enterprise identity platform: password manager, passwordless sign-in and an admin console for SSO.

• Password manager extension with autofill for logins, cards and addresses, plus batched CSV import and bulk delete with live progress.
• Passkeys: WebAuthn create and sign-in, backed by a C# native-messaging host with ECDsaCng keys protected by DPAPI.
• GateKeeper Hub, the admin console: SSO setup for OIDC, SAML and RADIUS apps, settings policies, and Active Directory and Entra sync. I led its React modernization and carried QA-verified fixes across release lines.

Echolect

A real-time meeting copilot that listens alongside you. Open source.

• Live transcription streamed through Deepgram nova-3.
• Separates speakers and works out their names from the conversation.
• An always-on-top overlay gives help on demand. After each meeting, the summary goes into a per-project knowledge base.

VoiceSOP

Ask your company's SOPs a question out loud and hear the answer.

• An Express 5 and TypeScript API on Postgres with Drizzle, BullMQ workers and an auto-generated OpenAPI 3.1 spec.
• Answers come from retrieval over ingested SOPs, with speech-to-text, text-to-speech and vision pipelines.
• A React 19 admin panel for reviewing feedback, inspecting conversations and tracking usage.

• SafeDocs AI interviews you about a job site and writes a standards-compliant Safe Work Method Statement as a PDF, using Gemini.
• Budgeting MCP runs Splitwise-style group expenses on FastAPI and Postgres, exposed as an MCP server so AI assistants can log expenses and settle up for you.
• The same skills power RAG over SOPs in VoiceSOP, spreadsheet parsing in Draft Professor and live help in Echolect.

Jolly Pops Arcade

A character-driven arcade for a kids' entertainment brand.

• Turns the band's characters, music and humor into a pair of 2D mobile games.
• Bacon collects cheese on a side-scrolling run to the show. Chompy dodges the one thing he hates: hot sauce.
• Menus, scoring and progression are shared, so it plays as one arcade.

VTMIS

Vessel traffic management for real-time maritime surveillance.

• A Node.js backend takes AIS and radar feeds through Kafka into Cassandra, handling thousands of positions a day.
• Fuzzy correlation fuses radar and AIS tracks so each vessel is identified once.
• A Next.js map on MapTiler shows live vessels, trail history, filters and zone alarms with automatic alerts.

A recruiting CRM, and a security daemon for developer machines.

• Sales Bridge is a multi-branch recruiting CRM with candidate pipelines, outreach sequences and a four-level role hierarchy. Its inbox merges email, WhatsApp and SMS into one real-time thread per candidate.
• Dev Shield catches malicious processes, C2 connections, persistence and supply-chain or AI-agent tampering in local repos, and scores each machine against a hardening playbook. No telemetry.
